The Payouts section shows pending and completed payments and lets you export data for easy record-keeping. Payouts are calculated based on the payout term and minimum payout amount set in each campaign (Campaign Settings β†’ Payout Terms & Minimum Payout Amount).

Payouts are calculated on the 2nd of every month, and once the minimum payout amount is reached, they appear in the Due Payouts list. On the 2nd of every month, an email is sent to all affiliates confirming that the payout has been generated and showing the commission earned.

Below is a step-by-step overview of how the payout process works from start to finish.

  1. View all affiliate payments in the Payouts section. Use Due Payouts and Paid Payouts to track pending and completed payments, along with key details such as email, amount, period, method, and status.
You can also use the Advanced Filter to quickly filter payouts by status, method, or period for easier tracking.

  2. To mark a payout as paid, select the relevant payout from the list and click Mark as Paid. This will update the payout status to paid.

  3. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm marking the payout as paid. Click Confirm to update the payout status.

  4. Choose whether to send an email notification when marking the payout as paid, or skip this step to continue. Once completed, the payout moves from the Due Payouts list to the Paid Payouts list.

  5. After being marked as paid, the payout is automatically moved from the Due Payouts list to the Paid Payouts list. Paid payouts will be visible for that specific month under the Paid Payouts tab and will later be moved to the Payout History tab for record-keeping.

  6. In the Due Payouts tab, you can export payout data at any time. Click Export Payout to download a CSV file containing all payout details, or export specific payout types such as Wise or PayPal for more focused reporting.

With ReferralStack, you can easily see which payouts are due, which have been completed, and access detailed payout histories for transparency and accurate record-keeping.
